B4Contact is the legal person that represents me. It is the place where I started my professional activities as a new Slovenian resident around the year 2003.

Since then I had the chance to meet wonderful people, work with a rich diversity of professionals, get involved in many successful and wonderful projects and of course learn many lessons throughout my path as a business entrepreneur.

B4Contact is the sandbox for my ideas; some of them are products or services available in the market.

I love Technology!

I was born in Lima, Peru. It's a wonderful country where creativity is part of our day to day life.

Without having the chance of unlimited resources and having multiple limitations, Peruvians grow up being resourceful and creative.

Having the opportunity of playing with an Atari computer was the beginning of my path. Technology became my passion and with it the fantastic possibilities for improving Human experience and quality of life.

Together with my partners we are working with many different technologies but our main focus is one, Microsoft SharePoint.

Without partners, no way!

According to the Strengths Finder 2.0, my 5 strengths are: Strategic, Activator, Maximizer, Developer and Connectedness. And that is far from what is needed for driving a successful business. But the result of mixing them gave me as a result the characteristics needed to embrace partnership as a competitive advantage.

Finding matching partners is not always easy. So far I feel lucky because I have a few partners that understand me and help me to make some of my ideas real.

My role

I live trying to build a legacy based on values. Leadership means a lot to me and trying to become a leader helped me understand a few important lessons:

The leader is defined by the followers. Communication is not saying what you think it is important; it is what happens when the audience is interested in receiving and understanding the message.
